We were dead in our sin and in our trespasses. In shadows of darkness, we dwelt with vile intent when we were dead. (Eph. 2:1-4) As lifeless carcasses, our wages reaping death; embracing hell, wretched; we sleep in graves restless. (Rom. 6:23) With throats like open graves, deceitful and depraved, we were dead, like corpses; with no hope to be saved. (Ps. 5:9) Buried and raised to life for the ungodly; Christ came to die, while we were enemies of God, but now we are justified in Christ! (Rom. 5: 6-11) Now in Christ, saved by grace and in the coming age, we’ll see the richness of the Father’s holy grace. We are alive! Glory be to the King, Jesus the worthy lamb who holds the keys to death and to Hades who lives forever on the throne of victory. (Rev. 1:18) Salvation is a gift that we cannot boast in, called to do good works and through Christ, we walk in them. God’s holy saints are saved through God’s mercy and grace. We will not fear the grave as we once did when we were dead! (Eph. 2:5-10) “When We Were Dead” reflects on the words of the apostle Paul in Ephesians chapter 2, who reminds us that we were not only dead in our sin, but while we were dead, God, through His immeasurable grace, made us alive in Christ! -Brian Lyda

Oh, wretched man One eye for one eye is fit to be! A mind that’s lost, and the lines are crossed! And the lives at cost in society But then a payment by The Son of God Who took the stripes and he died for me That sacrifice, one time for all! What would you do? What would you say? What would you say to the price that’s paid? He paid the price for our sin for all eternity? What would you do? What would you say? What would you say to the life that’s laid? He gave His life for the life of all humanity! Or would you laugh in His face or at His hands with the wounds? Or would you spit at the day of His empty tomb? Life full of falls, oh savior Most selfless of all, life giver Gave His love to us all, the savior I’m no longer a dead man walking! Sinner just sinners fighting a battle that’s all but lost. An eternal gap Between the heaven’s shore and the gates of hell But then a payment By The Son of God Who took the stripes and he died for me That sacrifice, one time for all! What would you do? What would you say? What would you say to the price that’s paid? He paid the price for our sin for all eternity? What would you do? What would you say? What would you say to the life that’s laid? He gave His life for the life of all humanity! Or would you laugh in His face or at His hands with the wounds? Or would you open your heart and allow Him room! Life full of falls.... Oh, such a good man Yet you’re so full of hate and strife and shame. Striving hard for the crown But continue to sink, and sink, and drown! But then a payment by The Son of God Who took the stripes and he died for me! That sacrifice, one time for all! This song is about how God gave His only Son as a sacrifice so that we no longer need to live life here on earth spiritually dead and able to be joined with God eternally. Matthew 8:36: For what does it profit a man to gain the whole world and forfeit his soul? -Juan Marrero

Ghost 03:01
Rise up and feel the power That’s coursing through my veins The spirit of salvation Would set my heart to flames Rage... Against this world of lies Your Ghost is watching over me Bringing new light so I can see Watching me, Watching me. Watching me Your death brings new life Resurrect not revive What was lost is made new The blood and the fire Lead me to you Lead me to you Such a mystery How you washed my sins away Set my life in motion I’ll never forget All you’ve done for me Rise up and feel the power That’s coursing through my veins The spirit of salvation Would set my heart to flames Rage... Against this world of lies Your Ghost is watching over me Bringing new light so I can see Watching me, Watching me, Watching me Talking about the mystery of his mercy and grace. The Holy Spirit being our keeper and comforter guiding us into all truth. Revealing Jesus. -Jonathan Johnson

The arrival of the heretic Glorious days, consume Prepared, disguised Satisfying the predictions Desire gained, to be devoured by loss Proclaim Faithfulness That which is the truth Freed from Heresy The arrival of the Adversary Shadow days spirit discerned Reckoning understanding Strengthening Faith to Christ Delivered From there Eyes are open Seen the vanity Heal those hurt This song is based around 1 John chapter 5. Having a spirit of discernment, which enables you to be the adversary to the heretic. -Darren Johnson

A day an appointed time a vision unfolds before my eyes. There He is, there He is they must cry. Seraphim angels cry Holy Holy Holy. Woe is me is all I could say. As smoke billowed through the air, fear came over me. Naked before Him, a man unclean. Get up and stand before me, look long at My majesty. Blotted out your sin, who will go for me. His eyes were like fire Perfection body glorified. Hair and robes of white, His countenance was like the sun. Full of glory the Holy One. I am the first and last the living one. Was dead but see I am alive forever. I have the keys to death, hell and the grave. I stand alone my sins before me a ghost and flowers fading. Of the man I used to be. An eclipse hides the sun darkness shading. Broken soul where my body laid. A scream comes from inside me, Holy, holy, holy. This song is a snapshot into the holiness of God. He is a God of justice and holiness but also a God of love and grace. -Corey Weaver

In the presence of our God, His refulgent consuming light, where shadows go to die, shines brightly with His glory. The Lamb, the lamp, burns bright in the city of the living God, where night never comes. This is the hope of the saints, the beatific vision. (Rev. 21:23) In this present darkness we dwell in, men build cities to hide faces. We are sinful wretched creatures gazing darkly through mirrors. (Gen. 4:17-24; 1 Cor. 13:12) As believers, we do not see what we will be in Christ until we see in glory His brilliance, white as light. (1 John 3:2; Matt. 17:2) The body is perishable, the flesh will rot and die. We will rot and die. In this present darkness we dwell in, the dust of Adam returns to dust. (1 Cor. 15:42-49) The blood of Christ our Lord Jesus opens eyes! How glorious! In God’s presence we see the Lamb. We will bow down and worship Him. We’ll see God’s glory, His face forever, clearly without dark mirrors. (Rev. 22:3-5) “Darkly Through Mirrors” considers Isaiah’s recorded words and other passages in scripture reminding us that in our flesh and sin, we cannot see the face of God and live, but covered in the righteous blood of Christ, we will one day see the glory of God, and we will not be ruined. -Brian Lyda

The table is served, come have a seat The harvest is now complete Servings look deceivingly sweet with a pungent smell of deceit First taste of eternal defeat Moldy mush crushed between your teeth After taste is of sulfurous creed Imaginery thistle-borne fig Revealing its natural breed Unproven prophet is Serving disharmony Catering to the meek Fruit of the enemy Dazed by audacity We neglect our duty Affirming empty praises, echoing in the chambers Indulging in the feast of the damned Who could break the news to the people The tasters are out of touch Look at the state we’re in Moldy mush crushed between your teeth After taste is of sulfurous creed Imaginery thistle-borne fig Revealing its natural breed Unproven prophet is serving disharmony Catering to the meek Fruit of the enemy Dazed by audacity We neglect our duty There is work for the axe in this lot By their produce the trunks will be judged Unproven prophet is serving disharmony Catering to the meek Fruit of the enemy Dazed by audacity We neglect our duty “In a world of false prophets, it is easy for us to lose sight of what is good and what is not. We are called to judge the trees by their fruit.” -Ville Herranen

The Rescue 04:07
Oh God we’re crying for help We thought you said there’s a better way We’re losing ground in this fight Who’s to rescue us With every step I take we’re sinking deeper and deeper in the mire and clay We’re not the type to throw in the towel, But on this battleground where all is bound, the enemy’s got us pinned down We’re asking you to break these strongholds Life’s a march through war Our life’s a march through war So rise Life’s a march through war Our life’s a march through war So fight We’ve seen some horrible things That separates us from you my King But still you call us to fight Fight on through the night Tossed back and forth in our watery graves will you throw the line And calm the ever raging seas With no compassion to spare, we’re losing hope for tomorrow Still marching forward through this world so hollow Life’s a march through war Our life’s a march through war So rise Life’s a march through war Our life’s a march through war So fight So fight Oh God you are for us So fight One truth still remains He continues to rescue Oh God you are for us Oooh This too shall pass we pray We’re still fighting Oooh This too shall pass we pray We’re still marching on Oooh This too shall pass we pray We’re still fighting Oooh Oh God you are for us One truth still remains You will rescue us Oh God you are for us This is a song about when you’re struggling in life and it can sometimes seem like a never ending battle, how God is always there willing and ready to rescue us. - Juan Marrero

Watchman 02:59
When he brings the sword against all the land The people choose their own Protection from approaching evil man Speak out to dissuade wicked man from his ways If you do not you’ll be held accountable For his blood Chorus (2x): The watchman sounds the warning The wicked will surely die Watchman sounds the warning Eternal life You will rise Offenses of our sins always weigh us down Sovereign Lord takes no pleasure In the death of wicked bound Follow the decrees that will give you life Mouth screams devotion but their hearts are Greed and lust Desolate land of waste Detestable things they’ve done Dying of plague, falling by the sword Nowhere for their souls to run Message from our Lord Practice and heed these words Turn from all evil and the righteous will arise (Chorus 2x) When He brings the sword against all the land Sovereign Lord takes no pleasure in the death Of wicked man Follow the decrees that will give you life Turn from all evil and the righteous Will arise This song talks about Ezekiel 33. Surely as GOD lives in all of us, hear his word and turn from our wicked ways. Witness to the non-believers so that their blood is not on our hands. -J Paul White

Claiming light to attract, Those shadows can’t be seen Following the incline Crafting the devote Slow descent welcome to control Slow descent Welcome ‘The control.’ Do those eyes pretend to see Star filled heaven’s eternity Will those eyes return to see distance from these Replacing life with death’s embrace Visions of the vast season “distant travel” blinding promises Blinders that Christ can DESTROY (Bridge / Chorus) Charismatic leader, delivering enough truth to cover up the true darkness that lies underneath. They gather devotees and slowly isolate, manipulate, and separate them from loved ones. When the darkness is revealed, the delusion is too strong to resist the spiritual destruction. -Darren Johnson

Majestad 05:20
I’ve seen the nails in your hands and a crown of thorns placed on a good man’s head. Tears of pain streaming down his face. A lonely lamb. Being mocked and embarrassed. I heard the people cry, to release the thief and arrest the Samaritan. A man without crimes. No alibi to justify. He carried the weight of debt on his wounded shoulders, bearing all my transgressions. Staring death in the eye. Eye to eye! Laid on the cross! He was crucified! Being Mortified! Then they saw the King... Arise! They saw miracles happen. The Lepers being healed. (The Power of God was fulfilled) The blind man is seeing again. Yet many condemned him. They had ears to hear and they had eyes to see. (Don’t let me be like this) But some didn’t have faith the size of a mustard seed. Chorus: The pain of hammer blow Washed my sins away with the blood of the mighty Holy Lamb. Praise the Lord. Our Majestad. The pain of hammer blow He opened the way for me to have eternal life. I’m your creation. A sinner who achieved salvation. The pain of hammer blow He rose from the dead with power. All the glory to the Prince of peace. The only Christ. The King of Kings. Washed my sins away with the blood of the mighty Holy Lamb. Praise the Lord. Our Majestad. Condemned by Pharisees for seeking lost souls. (They’re whitewashed tombs) They heard the desperate cries for shelter and hope. The Adam’s big mistake, It ended on the cross. (By the mercy of God) The great curtain was torn and the only way was found. Final narration: He opened the way for me to have eternal life. I’m your creation. A sinner who achieved salvation. He rose from the dead with power. All the glory to the Prince of peace. The only Christ. The King of Kings. “This song talks about the duality of Christ’s death and res- urrection. All the brutality and humiliation suffered without deserving it. Overcoming the horrible death on the cross, He endured it all to give eternal life to an unworthy and sinful people.” - Anderson Lima
